Eaton County Transportation Authority (EATRAN) shall provide open-door, curb-to-curb public transportation in Eaton County for all persons desiring that service. EATRAN shall make every attempt, through management and its employees to provide and maintain service. EATRAN will work to solve problems through education, negotiation, or general corrective processes. |
